  • Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days from the date of order.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

  • Please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected carrier.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

  • Neotrim is not responsible for additional customs or import duties if shipping outside Bahrain.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Neotrim is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Currently, Neotrim ships primarily within Bahrain.
